To prevent potential delays during the busy festive period, all weight loss orders and orders for daily medication scheduled for delivery between December 23rd and January 2nd will be brought forward by two weeks.
If your order falls within this period, you will be billed and receive your delivery two weeks earlier. You can check your updated dispatch date within the App or your online account. If your order is affected by this change, you'll receive confirmation via email.
We make this adjustment annually to ensure you have your medication and can continue as prescribed while our warehouse and delivery partners operate on reduced schedules.
Important notes:
If you’re happy with your new date, you don’t need to do anything – we’ve already rescheduled it for you.
If your new date isn’t convenient for you, you have the option of moving it. Just fill out the form in your confirmation email to pick an alternative delivery date, at least 5 days before the new scheduled date.
Bringing this delivery forward won't affect your future delivery dates – you'll return to your normal delivery schedule afterwards.
The expiry date of your medication is long enough to last the entire period until your following delivery.
