When you first open the Numan app, you’ll see a message prompting you to verify your eligibility. Tap the Verify my Eligibility button to begin.

On the next screen, you’ll find instructions and tips for uploading appropriate photos. Once you’re ready, tap the Upload my photos button at the bottom of the page.

You’ll then be able to upload two images: one clear photo of your body (including your face in the picture) from the front and one of your photo ID. After both images are uploaded, the Submit button will become active. Tap Submit to complete the process.

First, navigate to the Numan website and log in by clicking the green icon at the top right 👇

Once you are logged in navigate to your Account page, again this can be done by clicking the green icon on the top right.

You will see an action required message on your account page, requesting you to verify your weight.

You’ll then be able to upload three images: one clear photo of your body from the front (including your face), one from the side and one of your photo ID. After all three images are uploaded, the Submit button will become active. Tap Submit to complete the process.

Finally, you will be shown a message indicating that the review of your photos will typically take 24 hours.
