I just placed an order — when will it arrive?
Your order will be dispatched on the next working day after your prescription is approved by our clinical team.
Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking details.
If your approval or dispatch date falls around the Royal Mail closures and planned operational downtime (24th of December - 2nd of January), your order will be sent as soon as services resume.

What will happen if my delivery falls on a day Royal Mail isn’t operating?
If your delivery date falls on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year’s Day, your order will be dispatched the next working day instead.
How do I change my delivery date?
If you’d prefer your medication to arrive earlier or later, you can change your next delivery date at any time from your Numan account.
How can I make sure I don’t run out if deliveries are delayed?
We recommend checking your delivery schedule in your account and adjusting your next delivery date if needed — for example, bringing it forward by a few days.
This will help make sure you always have your medication when you need it.
