Important Update: Royal Mail Service Suspension & Your Delivery

We want to make you aware of a temporary disruption to Royal Mail services that may cause a slight delay to your upcoming Numan delivery.

Royal Mail has announced a suspension of their delivery services for Wednesday the 23rd and Thursday the 24th of June 2026. You can also see Royal Mail's service updates HERE.

How this affects your delivery

Your health and safety are our top priorities. Because some of our medications -specifically our weight-loss treatments - need to be kept cold (temperature-controlled), we cannot risk them getting stuck in a courier depot during this service suspension.

To ensure your treatment reaches you safe, effective, and in perfect condition, we have put the following measures in place:

  • Tuesday: We are temporarily pausing the dispensing of weight-loss treatments so that no cold parcels are handed over to Royal Mail right before the suspension.

  • Wednesday: Our pharmacy team will resume preparing your treatments. To keep them safe, your dispensed orders will be securely stored overnight in our pharmacy fridges rather than being sent out.

  • Thursday onwards: Normal dispensing activities will resume.

  • Friday: Royal Mail deliveries will restart, and any held parcels will be on their way to your door.

Will my medication be safe?

Absolutely. By keeping your order in our temperature-controlled facilities rather than in the courier network, we guarantee that your treatment remains perfectly safe and effective.
