How to contact our Customer Care Team

At Numan, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional customer care. Please treat us as you'd wish to be treated yourself. Abusive language or behaviour won't be tolerated, and your contact may be terminated or reported to the police if it warrants. We really, really want to help, so let us do what we do best.

We're currently receiving high volumes of customer queries and as a result our response times are slower. We're sorry for the delay. Please avoid duplicate tickets to help us respond faster. Thanks for your patience.


Messaging

To start a conversation with us, click on the Numan icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Our messaging service combines the immediacy of live chat with the convenience of email. You can send a message and return to the conversation when it suits you, without losing any progress. While the initial response may take some time, this allows us to provide more thorough answers. You'll be notified via email when we've responded, so you're free to go about your day without waiting for an immediate reply. This service offers the flexibility to communicate with us on your own terms.

You can start a conversation with us at any time, but here's when our agents will be available:​

  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm

  • Saturdays and Sundays: 9am - 5pm
