How to contact our Customer Care Team

At Numan, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional customer care. Please treat us as you'd wish to be treated yourself. Abusive language or behaviour won't be tolerated, and your contact may be terminated, or reported to the police if it warrants. We really, really want to help, so let us do what we do best.


Messaging

Messaging is the easiest way for you to contact us.

To start a conversation with us click on the Numan icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, or click hereπŸ‘†.

A member of the team will reply to you during business hours.

If you're logged in to your Numan account, all conversations with us are saved for later, so you can view them at any time through the messaging icon.

You can start a conversation with us at any time, but here's when our agents are available:​

  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm

  • Saturdays and Sundays: 9am - 5pm
