Most of our services work on a subscription basis. Prescriptions for medication are usually for a 12 month period, but some exceptions apply. After the duration of your prescription, if you wish to continue with treatment you’ll need to complete the online questionnaire that you completed when you signed up initially, to ensure that the medication is still appropriate for you.

Normally we'll send your medication every 28 days, unless you've opted for a different delivery frequency eg 3 or 6 monthly. For more details, please see this article.

The subscription service includes ongoing clinical support in case you have side effects, concerns about how well your medication is working or any other health questions you would like advice on.

It's easy to manage your subscription through your Numan account. You can change your delivery date, or pause your medication for a specific period or indefinitely.
