How to amend your delivery address on an upcoming order

You can change your delivery address by following the steps below. Please do this at least three days before your next delivery is due in order to take effect in time.

​​Updating your delivery address on a desktop device

  1. Login to your Numan Account

  2. On your ’Treatments' page with your order history you will need to select the subscription you want to update the address for.

  3. Click on ‘Manage’ for the subscription you would like to update.

  4. Here you will see “Delivery address” click ‘edit’ next to your address and amend it as required.​

Updating your delivery address on a mobile device

  1. Login to your Numan account

  2. On your ’Treatments' page with your order history, you will need to select the subscription you wish to update the address for.

  3. Click on the image of the subscription you wish to update.

  4. Click the on “More details"

  5. Here you will see “Delivery address” click ‘edit’ next to your address and amend as required.

Please note this will need to be done at least three days before your next delivery is due to be sent out in order to take effect for your next delivery. If you would like to update the address on an order that is due, reach out to one of our Customer Care agents.
