The Meal Replacement Shake is suitable for adults aged 18 and over. It is a meal replacement for weight control intended for partial replacement of the diet. It is intended to be used as part of an energy-restricted diet as a replacement for one or two meals per day.

Add one scoop (40g) of powder to 250ml of oat milk and shake well.

If preferred you can use an alternative milk or water but please note that this will change the calorie count.

It is important to maintain an adequate daily fluid intake when using this product. This product is not intended as a sole source of nutrition and should be used alongside at least one balanced and nutritious meal each day.
