How do I change my delivery date?

Please note, you can only delay your dispatch date. You cannot move your dispatch date forward.

You can delay your delivery date online by following these steps:

  1. Login to your Numan account

  2. Select the treatment you would like to change

  3. Select 'Change your dispatch date'

  4. Select your new dispatch date and press confirm.

Please notify us at least 3 days before your delivery is due if you’d like to make any changes, or we may not be able to help.

If you'd like to cancel your subscription altogether, or have further questions about your account, please contact one of our Customer Care agents who will be happy to help.
