New Customer Orders

New customer orders are dispatched within 24 hours of approval. We'll email you with a tracking link when your order is on its way. Click on the link in the email to track your delivery.

If a week has passed, and you haven't had an email confirming your order or tracking, there might be an issue with your account. Customer care can help, send us a message here.

Current Customers

If you're an existing customer, you can check when your order is due in your account at numan.com. And when it is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking link (excludes blood test kits).

If a week has passed since you received your dispatch email but you haven't received your delivery, please contact us so we can investigate for you. Send us a message here.

Our delivery partners are Royal Mail and DPD.

I'm missing an item in my delivery

Each item you order will be shipped in a separate parcel. For example, if you ordered a prescription medication, and one of our supplements, you will receive a separate delivery for each item.

If one has arrived without the other, please wait 24 hours for the rest of your order to arrive before getting in touch with our customer care team for an update on your order.
