How do I update my delivery once it's been dispatched?

🎁 Please note: Orders scheduled to arrive during the festive period between the 24th of December - 2nd of January are likely to experience delays due to Royal Mail closures and planned operational downtime. Learn more here

Our orders are shipped with Royal Mail. We'd highly recommend you download the Royal Mail app from here where you can update your delivery preferences. You have the option to:

  • Redirect to a neighbour or safe place

  • Deliver to your address or another address

  • Collect from Post Office or Delivery Office

  • Change delivery day
