Using your Personalised Supplement Spray is simple: simply spray the product five times on the inside of your cheek or underneath your tongue (as these areas are best for quick absorption).

The Supplement Spray should only be used once daily. You don’t need to use it with food or water, and it can be used at any time of the day. However, we recommend using it at the same time each day to get into a rhythm of taking it.

Most standard multivitamins are only absorbed into the bloodstream after they are digested in the stomach.
