How do I place an order?

Numan is a digital healthcare company, and we only take orders online at numan.com. Please note, we’re not able to place orders or take payment over the phone or through messaging.

To get started, select the area you’d like help with on our homepage to find out more about the medications we supply.

We provide prescription medication, blood tests and supplements on a subscription basis, you can choose to receive medications every 28 days or every 3, 6 or 12 months. This varies according to the safety guidelines on medications, where it may not be possible to order multiple months at once.

For our clinicians to assess your suitability for the treatment and make sure it is safe for you to take, you will be asked a series of health and lifestyle questions in a short online consultation.

Every request for medication is personally reviewed by a clinician before approval. Please disclose any existing medical conditions or medication you are currently taking so we can ensure we are prescribing safely for you.

You'll finish placing your order by entering your card details at checkout. Once a clinician has approved your treatment, you'll receive an email letting you know that it's on its way. If the clinician needs more information, they'll get in touch with you directly.

Your card won't be charged until your prescription has been approved.
