Yes, most Numan treatments are provided on a subscription, so your medication arrives regularly without you needing to reorder each time.
How your prescription works
Prescriptions are usually issued for up to 12 months, though this can be shorter depending on your treatment and your clinician's assessment. When your prescription ends, you'll need to complete a short questionnaire again so our clinicians can check the treatment is still right for you before it continues.
Deliveries and payments
How often your medication arrives depends on your treatment:
Most treatments: every 28 days
Oral weight loss treatments: every 30 days
Some plans: every 3, 6, or 12 months
You'll be charged when each order is processed. You can check your delivery frequency, and change your delivery date, in your Numan account.
Clinical support
Your subscription includes ongoing clinical support at no extra cost. You can contact our clinical team about side effects, whether your treatment is working as expected, or any other questions about your health.
Managing your subscription
You can manage everything through your Numan account, you can change your delivery date, track orders, or suspend your treatment.
If you're on a commitment plan, you've agreed to a minimum number of orders at a reduced price, so pausing and cancelling aren't available until that period ends. You can check whether you're on one in your account.
