Our weight loss orders are shipped with DPD. DPD offer several options that allow you to update your delivery after it's been dispatched. Here are the options you have to update your order with DPD:
Deliver to an alternative address*
Change the delivery day
For our other treatments, we ship with Royal Mail. You have the option to:
Redirect to a neighbour or safe place
Change delivery day
*Note - the alternative address will be from a select list near the original address, and can't be used to redirect a parcel
