What happens when my package ends?
We’ll email you 4 weeks before your package ends with new offers. You’ll be able to pick a similar deal, or let your plan continue as a monthly rolling subscription, which you can pause or cancel anytime.
Why can’t I cancel or pause my plan?
You’ve chosen a commitment package, which gives you a discounted rate in exchange for committing to a set number of orders. Because of this discount, the option to pause within your account has been removed. View full T&Cs.
Can I switch packages?
You can’t switch packages during your current commitment period. However, you’ll be able to choose a different package once your current one renews.
Why was my first month cheaper?
If you signed up to a commitment package, you may have received an introductory discount on your first order. After that, your regular commitment package price applies.
