How do I cancel or reschedule my Venous Blood Test appointment?

We offer two types of venous blood test appointments:

  • In-Clinic Venous Blood Test: You visit a clinic and a nurse draws your blood on-site.

  • At-Home Nurse Venous Blood Test: A nurse comes to your home to collect your sample.

How you cancel or reschedule depends on the type of appointment you booked:


In-Clinic Venous Blood Test

To cancel or reschedule an in-clinic appointment, please contact our Patient Support team and we’ll help rearrange it for you.


At-Home Nurse Venous Blood Test

To reschedule an at-home appointment, simply open your appointment confirmation text message and tap the reschedule link included there.
