I just placed an order — when will it arrive?
Your order will be dispatched on the next working day after your prescription is approved by our clinical team.
Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking details.
Royal Mail won't be delivering over Easter. If you're expecting to receive a Numan order between Friday 3rd – Wednesday 8th April, we recommend adjusting your delivery date.
If your approval or dispatch date falls on a day Royal Mail isn’t operating your order will be sent the following working day.

What will happen if my delivery falls on a day Royal Mail isn’t operating?
If your delivery date falls on a bank holiday then your order will be dispatched the next working day instead.
How do I change my delivery date?
If you’d prefer your medication to arrive earlier or later, you can change your next delivery date at any time from your Numan account. Click here to learn how you can do this.
How can I make sure I don’t run out if deliveries are delayed?
We recommend checking your delivery schedule in your account and adjusting your next delivery date if needed — for example, bringing it forward by a few days.
This will help make sure you always have your medication when you need it.
