How do I change my delivery date?

You can change your delivery date online or by using the Numan app:

Through the web:

  1. Login to your Numan account

  2. Select the treatment you would like to change

  3. Select 'Change your delivery date'

  4. Select your new delivery date and press confirm

Through the Numan app:

  1. Select the Treatment tab

  2. Select 'Manage Subscription'

  3. Select 'Change your delivery date'

  4. Select your new delivery date and press confirm

Please notify us at least 3 days before your delivery is due if you’d like to make any changes, or we may not be able to help.
