We just ask that you notify us at least one week before dispatch. Cancellation requests can be made by email, phone, or by booking a call with one of our Patient Support Managers.
Once cancellation is confirmed, a clinician will arrange a call with you to discuss safely weaning off treatment and to ensure you’re supported throughout the process.
