How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

How to manage your subscription through your Numan account

You cannot cancel your subscription online. Please contact our Customer Care to cancel your subscription.

To pause your subscription indefinitely or for a set period of time:

  1. Login to your Numan account to access your treatments

  2. Find the prescription you want and click 'Manage'

  3. Click Pause treatment

  4. Select the time you would like to pause your treatment

Please note: Once we've dispensed a medication, it can't be returned or reused due to safety regulations.
