If you’d like to stop future orders and payments, you can pause your subscription in your Numan account at any time.
To do this:
Log into your Numan account.
Select the subscription you’d like to pause.
Choose Pause or Suspend (depending on your treatment).
For weight loss treatments, the button is labelled Suspend and is located at the bottom of the page.
For testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), please contact our team directly to pause or cancel your treatment.
Important:
Once your medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or reused for safety reasons. This means we’re unable to issue a refund after your order has been dispatched.
