In order to remove your card details, we need to first cancel any subscriptions that are associated with it. Once a subscription has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.

If you choose to resume treatment after cancelling your subscription, you will have to complete a new medical questionnaire and provide your card details.

If you have paused, indefinitely paused or cancelled your subscription you will not be charged.
