All test kits are delivered to your home and include a prepaid box for you to send your sample to the lab.

To return your blood test kit, place your box in a Royal Mail post box. Please do not return your box to a Post Office as they will not be able to receive it and will ask for payment for postage. To find your nearest post box, click here.

Please do not complete your test or return samples on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

We advise that samples be collected in the morning and returned immediately using the labels provided. This is to ensure they are delivered to the lab the same day and so the sample is in the best condition for testing.
