I haven't received my results after 7 days, what should I do?

When your results are ready we’ll send you an email titled ‘Your blood test results are ready’. You can view them online in your Numan Account or in the Numan App.

If you haven’t received an email within 7 days of returning your test, please get in touch with a member of our Customer Care team, who will be happy to help.
