I have an abnormal biomarker on my blood test result, should I be worried?
Updated over a week ago

You shouldn't be immediately worried about an abnormal result. There are different levels and ranges for each biomarker, and we can all fall over or under at different stages of our lives.

Make sure you read the clinician's review at the top of the page. The clinician reviewing your test results will give you the best overview of what 'abnormal' might mean in this instance. You can also read up about each individual biomarker by clicking on the 'information' icon on the results table.

If you're still worried about your results, please schedule a consultation with one of our clinicians here.

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure accuracy of results false positive results can occur. It is important to know that having a blood result outside of the normal range does not always indicate a medical problem.
