Who Omega 3 boost is suitable for

Omega 3 Boost is suitable for adults aged 18 and over. It contains fish oil which is a source of omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.

As with any dietary supplement, consult your doctor before using this product, especially if you take medication on a regular basis, are about to have surgery, or are under regular medical supervision.

How to use

Take 2 soft gels with a meal or as directed by a professional. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Taking Omega 3 Boost with other medicines
