For New Customers:

If you haven't received an email confirming your order or tracking, it might be because we’ve been unable to confirm your identity. Check if you've received an email with subject: "Action Required: we couldn't verify your identity". If so, please reply to the email with the necessary documentation.

For Existing customers:

Check your tracking details sent to you during dispatch. If there haven't been an update from the delivery company for 7 days, please Contact our Customer Care Team
