I'm missing an item in my delivery

At times, we may ship orders separately, even if you ordered them at the same time. If this is the case, we will send you multiple emails with distinct tracking numbers for each order.

If one has arrived without the other, please wait 24 hours for the rest of your order to arrive before getting in touch.

If the missing item still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours.
