If you're a new customer
After you place your order, the information from your questionnaire will be sent to our clinical team for evaluation. You will need to submit photos to verify your weight. Once we receive your photos, our team will review your prescription request, this process may take up to 48 hours.
Upon approval by our clinical team, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. We will email you with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
If you haven't received your first order, it might be due to a pending identity verification. Please check your email for a message with the subject line "Action Required: Your order is on temporary hold."
If a week has passed, and you haven't had an email confirming your order or tracking, there might be an issue with your account. Please contact our Customer Care team.
If you're an existing customer
You can check when your order is due in your account at numan.com, and when it is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link via email.
If a week has passed since you received your dispatch email, but you haven't received your delivery, please contact us so we can investigate for you. You can start a conversation with Customer Care using the icon in the bottom-right.
I haven't received my order, or a confirmation email
