Alternatives if you're not comfortable sending photos
Your photos will only be reviewed by a clinician to determine your treatment needs. When verifying your weight through the Numan app, you must provide both a full-body photo and valid photo ID before we can proceed with your prescription.
If you prefer not to send photos, you can visit your GP or local pharmacy and ask them to record your height and weight.
The record must:
Be from within the last three months.
Include your full name and date of birth.
Include a date.
Be on headed paper or have a pharmacy stamp.
Be signed by the professional completing the check.
You can then upload a picture of the record in the Numan app.
Why can’t I upload photos I’ve already taken?

The Numan app is available for certain operating systems. If you’re unable to download it, you can still visit your local GP or pharmacy to get an up-to-date record of your height and weight, as described above.
