This article will show you how to verify your eligibility by uploading photos in the Numan app or Numan website.
You can download the Numan app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Via the Numan App 📱
Step 1: Launch the Numan App
To begin, Open the Numan app. Within the Home tab, press the button 'Verify my eligibility'.
Step 2: Upload and Submit Photos
Note: Please follow this guidance when uploading your pictures 📸
You’ll be asked to upload the following images:
A clear, front-facing photo that shows your face and full body
A side-view photo
A photo of your valid photo ID
(If applicable) Your latest weight loss medication box with the pharmacy label showing your full name, dosage, and date (as proof of your past prescription).
Alternatively, you can upload a screenshot of your most recent prescription order confirmation that includes the same details.
Once you have uploaded your photos, press Submit to complete the process. Your photos will be reviewed by our Clinical team within 24 hours.

Step 1: Login to your Numan account
Visit numan.com/account and login.
You will see an action required message on your account page, requesting you to verify your weight. Press 'Verify your weight' to begin the process.
Step 2: Upload and Submit Photos

You’ll be asked to upload the following images:

A photo of your valid photo ID
