You can pause your subscription in your Numan account at any time to stop future orders and payments.
Pause your subscription
Log in to your Numan account.
Select the subscription you want to pause.
Select Pause or Suspend, depending on your treatment.
For weight loss treatments, the button is labelled Suspend and appears at the bottom of the page.
For testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), contact our team directly to pause or cancel your treatment.
Cancel your subscription
To fully cancel your subscription, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team.
⚠️ Once medication has been dispensed, it can't be returned or reused for safety reasons. We can't issue a refund after an order has been dispatched.
