The app is the easiest way to complete weight verification so you can receive your treatment. If you are unable to download the app, you can continue with weight verification via your Numan account, navigate to 'Verify Your Weight,' and follow the on-screen instructions.
Tips for taking photos
You’ll need to upload two photos; one from the front and one from the side.
Use a mirror or a timer on your phone. Avoid angles to prevent distortions. Make sure the camera is straight on. Alternatively, you can ask someone to take the photo for you.
From neck to knees: A full-body view is required for verification. You do not need to include your face.
Appropriate clothing: Wear clothes that outline your shape. Avoid loose clothing, photos in active wear would be best. Please do not send photos that contain nudity. These will not be accepted for review and you may miss out on your treatment.
Lighting: Ensure it’s not blurry or dark. The photos should be clear and well-illuminated so our clinician can clearly see you.
Only you in it: Make sure you’re the only one in the picture.

If the clinician is unable to verify your weight from the photos you submitted, they may ask you to submit additional photos.
Alternatives if you're not comfortable sending photos
Your photos will only be reviewed by a clinician, to determine treatment needs. If you prefer not to send photos, you can:
Visit your GP or local Pharmacy: You can have your weight taken at your GP or local pharmacy. This must be taken within the last three months. The record must have a date and be on headed paper or have a pharmacy stamp. You can then upload the picture of the record on the app.
