Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of Mounjaro, has raised its prices. We’ve updated ours too, but we’re not passing on the full increase. Your progress, affordability, and results come first.

What this means for you
New patients: Updated prices apply from 1st September 2025.
Existing patients: We’ve guaranteed your September order at the lower price. From October, your subscription will move to the updated price.
Only Mounjaro is affected. Other treatments remain unchanged.
The change comes from Eli Lilly, not Numan.

What is behind these price increases?
Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of the weight loss medication Mounjaro, has announced a price increase of around £80 per dose. This will come into place across the UK on
Monday 1st September 2025.
Lilly has explained that the reason for the price increase is to align UK prices with Europe, as the UK’s prices were set significantly lower than its European counterparts.
When was this announced?
This was officially announced by Eli Lilly on Thursday 14th August 2025.
Is Numan changing its prices?
Yes. Our Mounjaro prices for new patients have been updated as of 1st September 2025. For existing patients, your September order remains at the lower price. From October onwards, subscriptions will follow the updated pricing.
How much notice will I get for future changes?
You’ll always get at least 7 days’ notice of any price changes, through your ‘upcoming order’ notification. This gives you time to review your next order and make the best decision for you.
Can I buy multiple Mounjaro pens in advance?
No. For clinical safety, patients can only order one Mounjaro pen per month, in line with their prescribed dosing schedule.
Can i change my weight loss programme?
Yes. You can request a change to your programme at any time by completing a short form. Our clinical team will review your request and, if approved, you’ll get an email confirming your new prescription and checkout details.
Do alternative programmes cost less?
Other programmes using different medications are available and are made by different manufacturers to Mounjaro, so are unaffected by the price changes. If you want to change your programme, a Numan clinician will review your circumstances to make sure your programme is a good fit for you and your budget.
Do you have enough stock?
We know there have been reports in the news about Mounjaro supply shortages due to high demand. Numan’s supply is not affected, and your treatment will continue as normal.
If anything changes with stock availability in the future, we’ll let you know straight away so you have full visibility.
