If you can see two payments to Numan on your bank statement, you've most likely only paid once. There are two common reasons for this.
A temporary hold from your first weight loss order
When you place your first weight loss order, we may put a temporary hold on your card for the price shown at checkout. The hold checks the money is available. No money is taken, and your bank shows the hold as a pending transaction.
If your prescription is approved, we cancel the hold and take your payment as a separate charge. For a few days you might see both on your statement: the pending hold and the completed payment. Only the completed payment has been taken.
If your prescription isn't approved, the hold is released and you won't be charged.
How long does the hold take to disappear?
Most banks remove the hold within a few days. Some take longer, but it should be gone within 14 days of placing your order.
Why is my payment a different amount from the hold?
The hold is for the price shown at checkout. If your clinician prescribes a different dose, you'll pay for the treatment they prescribed, so the amounts can be different. The whole hold is still cancelled.
A payment that's still processing
Your bank can take up to 72 hours (three days) to fully process a payment. During that time, some banks show the same payment twice: once when it starts and once when it finishes. Check your full bank statement to see whether money has actually left your account twice.
When should I contact you?
Contact our support team if:
two completed payments (not pending) for the same order are still showing after 72 hours, or
a hold is still showing more than 14 days after you placed your order.
