First Order
When placing an order for a new prescription, you will be prompted to enter your payment details at checkout. Initially, you will approve a £0.00 transaction. This is because you will only be charged once your prescription is approved by our clinical team. If the medication is not suitable for you and your treatment request is rejected, no payment will be taken from your card. You will receive an email notification from the clinic regarding this decision.
Subsequent Orders
For Weight Loss
Payment is taken the day before your order is scheduled to arrive.
For All Other Products
Payment is taken three days before your order is scheduled to arrive.
Updating your delivery date
You can change your payment date by adjusting your order's delivery date. This can be done through your Numan account. For more detailed instructions, please refer to this help centre article.
