How long does it take for a prescription to be reviewed by our clinical team?

This depends on which treatment you are enquiring about as different treatments have different prescription review timeframes.

For injectable weight loss treatments our prescriptions are typically reviewed within 48 hours of submission. If our clinical team need more information from you in order to approve your prescription, they will reach out to you via email.

If you're enquiring about Wegovy Oral pre-order then this is currently with our Clinical Team for review. All pre-orders will be assessed and, where appropriate, approved ahead of stock becoming available, so you're ready when it arrives
