When is payment taken?

When you'll be charged for your subscription

First Order

When placing an order for a new prescription, we will ask for your payment details at checkout. You will be asked to approve a £0.00 transaction as you will only be charged once your prescription is approved by a member of our clinical team.

In the case that the medication is not deemed suitable for you and your treatment request is rejected, no payment will be taken from your card and you will receive an email to notify you of this from the clinic.

Subsequent Orders

​Regular subscription payments are debited from your account 3 days before your order is due to arrive. We will send you medication every 28 days, unless you've signed up for a 3 or 6 month delivery plan. The payment date is viewable on your account page within the specific treatment.

Unpausing Orders

If you unpause your subscription, payment will be taken the following morning. We will then begin dispatching your order. If you would like to expedite this process, contact our Customer Care team who will be able to take payment immediately and begin the dispatching process.
