We will need to make sure all of your prescriptions are inactive so you aren't sent any further medications.
We will anonymise your card details, and you won’t be able to access your records once we deactivate the account.
We do keep a record of treatments prescribed for regulatory compliance. This is held in a secure database and is only used for compliance purposes.
