If you wish to close your account, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to help.

Please note:

  • We will need to make sure all of your prescriptions are inactive so you aren't sent any further medications.

  • We will anonymise your card details, and you won’t be able to access your records once we deactivate the account.

  • We do keep a record of treatments prescribed for regulatory compliance. This is held in a secure database and is only used for compliance purposes.
