To close your account, please contact our Customer Care team.
They can guide you through this process. Remember, account closure is permanent, so ensure you've saved any necessary data beforehand.
Please note:
We will need to make sure all of your prescriptions are inactive so you aren't sent any further medications.
We will anonymise your card details, and you won’t be able to access your records once we deactivate the account.
We do keep a record of treatments prescribed for regulatory compliance.
This is held in a secure database and is only used for compliance purposes.
