If you have a weight loss subscription with us, you will be provided with a unique link for others to use to sign up to our weight loss programme.
If someone signs up using this link and is accepted for treatment, they will receive £100 off their first order and you will receive £100 off your next order. Referral discounts are exclusively for new customers who have not previously used Numan's services or held a Weight Loss prescription.
Returning customers or those reactivating a cancelled subscription are not eligible.
How to find your unique link
Log in to your Numan account.
Your unique link will be shown at the top of your profile, with a Copy button so you can share it with others.
Referral links must be shared privately and not publicly on social media to remain valid.
How does it work if I refer multiple people?
You’ll receive a £100 discount for each successful referral. The discount will be applied to your subsequent orders for a number of months equal to the number of successful referrals. For example, if you refer 3 friends, you'll receive £100 off your next 3 orders.
Each referral is valid only if the referred person uses your unique link and is approved by Numan’s clinicians. Two existing patients cannot refer each other to claim discounts.
How long does it take to receive my referral discount?
When signing up with a referral discount, it will be applied to your first order.
When someone signs up using your referral link, your discount will be applied to your next order. You'll receive an email with the subject line “You've successfully referred a friend”. It may take up to 48 hours for the discount to appear in your account.
If 48 hours have passed and the discount has not appeared, ensure your friend used your unique referral link and was approved by clinicians.

Can the referral discount be combined with the first-order discount?
No. The referral discount cannot be combined with the first-order discount.
Common issues and troubleshooting
If your referral discount isn’t applied:
Verify that your friend completed sign-up using your unique referral link and was approved by Numan’s clinicians.
Wait up to 48 hours for the discount to appear.
If you recently switched medications and had an unredeemed referral discount, contact Customer Care so the team can manually reapply it.
Referral discounts cannot be applied retroactively or by cancelling and rejoining. Misuse of referral links, such as sharing them publicly or attempting to cancel and sign up again, violates Numan’s Terms of Sale.
