Which delivery companies do you use?

For weight loss medication and our Blood tests, Numan uses DPD. For all other products, Numan uses Royal Mail.

If you're a new customer

New customer orders are dispatched within 24 hours of approval. We'll email you with a tracking link when your order is on its way. Click on the link in the email to track your delivery.

If you haven't received your first order, you may have failed our identity verification step. Please check if you've received an email with the subject line "Action required: we couldn't verify your identity". You can read more about this process here

If a week has passed, and you haven't had an email confirming your order or tracking, there might be an issue with your account. Please contact Customer Care using the icon in the bottom-right.

If you're an existing customer

You can check when your order is due in your account at numan.com. And when it is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

If a week has passed since you received your dispatch email but you haven't received your delivery, please contact us so we can investigate for you. You can start a conversation with Customer Care using the icon in the bottom-right.

I've received my order, but an item is missing

At times, we may ship items separately. For example, if you ordered a prescription medication, and one of our supplements, you will receive a separate delivery for each item. If you have received one product, but not another, please allow 24 hours for the second item to arrive before reaching out to us, and double check your emails for a tracking link.

I haven't received my order, or a confirmation email

If you haven't received an email confirming your order or tracking, it might be because we’ve been unable to confirm your identity. Please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to help.
