When you add your GP details, we search a database of UK practices to match what you've entered. Sometimes a practice won't appear straight away, but there are usually two quick fixes.
Search by postcode instead of the practice name
Practice names can be recorded differently from how you might write them, so searching by name doesn't always find a match.
If your practice isn't showing up, try searching using:
Your GP practice's postcode
The street name
This will usually help you find the correct practice so you can continue with your questionnaire.
❗ We only deliver to patients within the United Kingdom, so we can only register UK-based GP practices.
If your practice is part of a larger group, try the head office
Some GP practices have several branches under one main organisation. In these cases, an individual branch might not be listed separately, and only the head office may appear.
If you can't find your specific branch, search for your practice's head office address and enter those details instead. Your treatment information will still reach the right place.
