When you add your GP details, we search a database of UK practices to match what you've typed. Sometimes a practice won't appear straight away, but there are usually two quick fixes.
Search by postcode instead of the practice name
Practice names can be recorded differently from how you'd write them, so the name search doesn't always find a match. If your practice isn't coming up, try searching by your GP practice postcode instead. You can also try the street name. This usually locates the right practice so you can carry on with your questionnaire.
A quick note: we only deliver to patients within the United Kingdom, so we're only able to register UK-based GP practices.
If your practice is part of a larger group, try the head office
Some GP practices run several branches under one main organisation. When that's the case, the individual branch sometimes isn't listed on its own, only the head office is.
If you can't find your specific branch (or gateway), search for your practice's head office address instead and enter those details. Your treatment information will still reach the right place.
