If it's been more than 7 days since you returned your test, and you have not had an email to advise you that your results are ready, please check your junk/spam mail to ensure the notification has not arrived there. Or you can check in your account at numan.com under treatments->test results.

If you still don't have your test results, then please contact our Customer Care team and we can check in with the lab to see when your results are expected.
