Your blood test kit will be delivered to your home and includes a prepaid return box so you can easily send your sample to the lab.
Before you return your sample
Make sure to include the Instructions for Use (IFU) leaflet in your return box.
This leaflet contains your personal information and the date you took your test.
⚠️ Your sample cannot be processed without this leaflet.
How to return your kit
Place your completed kit (including the IFU leaflet) in the prepaid return box.
Drop it off in a Royal Mail post box or at your local Post Office.
Important timing information
Do not post your sample on Fridays, weekends, or bank holidays.
We recommend collecting your sample in the morning and posting it immediately using the provided return label.
This helps ensure your sample reaches the lab the same day and stays in the best condition for testing.
